Identity and records

Hosted sign-in supplies an account identifier, email and optional name. After registration, BHEKZIM BOT stores your display name, timezone, accepted terms, owned bot profiles, draft rules, schedules, audit events and support requests in the configured PostgreSQL database.

Messaging data

Schedules may contain recipient numbers and message text. No WhatsApp messages are sent or imported in this release. Only submit details you have permission to use.

Credentials

No connection credentials are requested in Phase 1. The server encryption utility is prepared for a later provider integration. Secrets must never appear in frontend code, activity logs or ordinary support messages.

Service providers

Hosting and sign-in use ChatGPT Sites. The PostgreSQL adapter is prepared for Neon; database readiness is shown in the workspace. Future WhatsApp and AI services require separate configuration and updated disclosure.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained to operate your workspace until deleted or otherwise required for a documented obligation. Account deletion cascades to owned bot records, schedules, drafts, support records and audit entries. This does not delete your hosted sign-in identity or records a future external provider independently retains.

Your choices
